Equipment is shipped in for repair at our central repair facility then returned.

Customer contacts us we ship replacement equipment to customer then down equipment is shipped in for repair at our central repair facility.  Once repairs are complete customers equipment is returned to them and loaner equipment is returned back to our repair facility.

We utilize a nationwide network of Identification experts qualified in consulting, sales, service and support.  The entire nation is covered by the Identification Systems Group and the member organizations are eager to provide you with quality sales and service

ALL VERSIONS OF MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT ARE QUOTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  ONSITE MAINTENANCE QUOTES WILL REQUIRE ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGIONAL ISG DEALER.
